This is authentic of handmade art glass. Each item crafts is a unique and directly from the artist. As handmade products, artist will not be able to make exactly same size and color each time as photo showing, we only can say that they had made each style of glass art are very similar but not 100% exactly same. These small imperfections are to be expected, and we will not provide any replacements in these circumstances.
*Returns and refunds MUST be initiated within 5 business days of product received day and MUST pre-approved by us in writing.
*Insurance fee covers a damages incurred during shipment. If the ITEM is damaged during the shipping, we will ship a new replacement one to you.
*Any damage or defecte replacement must report to us within 7 business days of product received day. No exception during the holiday season.
